This evening we started our winter series of conferences with a visit from Bernard Osborne who began our studies in 1 Timothy with a look at chapter 1.

Annual Conference – 24th September 2011

We enjoyed a visit from Brian Howden for our Annual Conference this year. During the afternoon, Brian gave a report on the work in Angola and in the evening, after tea, he followed it up with ministry.

Camundambala is a small village of 250 houses and site of a former mission station built in 1943. It is six miles from Saurimo.

One aspect of the work at Camundambala is the care of lepers. A number of them attend the meetings and are in fellowship there.

We enjoyed two weeks of excellent Bible Teaching from Daniel Rudge who came to speak to us on consecutive Tuesdays.

The first week he took the subject – The Servant of God and his reward, looking at Isaiah 53. During the second week, Daniel looks at The man of God and his refinement.
