For the fourth year in a row, we’re planning to hold a children’s Holiday Club at Parkside.

This will take place in the mornings of the final week of the summer holidays, between 29 August and 1 September.

The Holiday Club is for children aged between 4 and 11 and this year we’ll be looking at the story of Gideon, taken from the book of Judges.

Upcoming Sausage Sizzle – 26 July 2017

This Sunday, 30 July, we’ll be making our way over to Marlow for what has become something of an annual tradition.

Although, due to holidays last year we didn’t hold our Sausage Sizzle, for a number of years prior to that we’ve made our way to Higginson Park to enjoy freshly cooked sausages beside the Thames.

The activity is normally accompanied by some kind of entertainment, which was a scratch game of cricket in 2015.

We look forward to another enjoyable occasion on Sunday and welcome any who are able to join us from 5pm in Marlow.  To help with catering, please email us, if you’re planning to come along.

David Sampson – 28 May 2017

Many will have heard by now that David Sampson went to be with his Lord this morning. He had been unwell for some time and had been in and out of hospital over the last few months._MG_8194-web

David and Pam joined us at Parkside in the 1960s and David’s presence with us will be greatly missed.

We can be thankful for his long life of witness and for the fact that he is now with the Lord, which is far better.

Please join us in remembering Pam and the wider family in your prayers at this time.

Details of the Thanksgiving Service for David’s life will be announced in due course.
